Our Story
​
Founded by a father and daughter duo in January 2024. Our business combines years of diverse experience across Leadership in a variety of industries to help Businesses achieve their peak performance. Our foundations are built on the unique strengths of both of our skills combined.
Mark is a retired Senior Police Officer with over 30 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and Team Dynamics. His career in Law Enforcement has shaped his expertise in discipline, trust and effective communication, which are critical elements for any team. In addition to his career in policing, Mark holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in adult education. He also has qualifications in Teaching, Assessment and Coaching, deepening his understanding of how to foster growth and development in people.

Becky brings a diverse background to the business, with qualifications in Outdoor Activity Leadership and Coaching, a PGCE in Adult Teaching, and an Assessors Award. Her experience in retail management and adult education, combined with her passion for outdoor education and team-building, enables her to approach business development with creativity and has a strong focus on personal and team growth.
